The "DIGISAFE" platform operates as a fintech credit organization specializing in gold-pledged consumer loans accessible via a mobile application. The process begins with the evaluation of the client’s gold jewelry, establishing a secured loan limit based on its value. This allows clients to access funds remotely at any time through multiple withdrawals, with the flexibility to repay in full or in part at their convenience, thereby reducing interest costs and enabling repeat borrowing as needed. Upon loan maturity, clients can seamlessly initiate new loans remotely using the same pledge.

If you own gold jewelry but do not currently require a loan, you can store your assets securely with us at no charge and retain access to your loan limit through your mobile device. Loans are available on demand via the mobile application only when funds are needed; otherwise, your jewelry remains safely in our custody, ready for retrieval at your discretion.

For travelers concerned about the safety of their gold, our service provides a secure storage option free of charge. You may travel without worries, knowing your jewelry is safely stored, and access instant loans when needed abroad.

The product functions as a revolving line of credit: clients can repay all or part of the loan at any time to save on interest and can borrow again remotely whenever necessary. Interest is only charged for the days the loan is active.

Clients may access the loan through the mobile application using one of the following channels:

• ATM
• Electronic wallets
• Cobranded Cards

The minimum full repayment period is set at one year (365 days), while the maximum is two years (730 days). However, clients retain the freedom to fully repay their loans earlier without penalties. Interest is accrued only on days when the loan is utilized.

The maximum Annual Percentage Rate (APR) applicable is capped at 31.93%, including interest, monthly or service fees, and other applicable charges. The current APR stands at 26.75%.

The total cost of a loan comprises interest payments plus any applicable monthly or service fees and one-time charges associated with disbursement options chosen during loan initiation.

For instance, a 100,000 Armenian Dram loan with a 12-month maturity would total approximately 124,000 Armenian Dram, assuming an interest rate of 24%, no additional fees, and a bullet repayment schedule.
